With over 30 years of experience in non-profit healthcare operations, Dr. Williams has had a significant influence on strategic planning, operational management, financial oversight, business development, and quality management at PHN. Her leadership has helped shape the organization’s approach to providing quality, accessible healthcare to underserved populations across multiple states.

She is an active leader and member of numerous organizations, including Focused Driven Compliance Advisors, LLC., Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., the NAACP Mu Rho Zeta Chapter, the Ohio University Ebony Bobcat Network, the African Methodist Episcopal Church, the African American Genealogy Society, the Virginia University of Lynchburg Alumni Association, and the American College of Healthcare Executives. Her work spans community empowerment, healthcare leadership, and advocacy for marginalized populations.
