2023 Year in Review

     This year our organization has so much to be thankful for. 2023 has been marked by growth and renewed energy. Let's take a quick look at some of the highlights from this year.

  • Welcomed 36 new members to the chamber. 

  • Hosted 7 Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies.

  • Received updated technology from Reeves Information Technology!

  • Had 34 Golf Foursomes at the Chamber Golf Day, up 9 teams from last year.

  • Had 37 Halloween Parade entries, up 14 from last year.

  • Grew our eNewsletter audience to 461, and added 88 readers this year.

  • Had 140 annual dinner attendees, up 40 from last year.

  • Had 41 Christmas Parade entries, up 9 from last year.

  • Started the Real Business Podcast, and launched two episodes.

  • Restarted the distribution of a Shop Small Guide.

  • Celebrated the James E. Winner Tourism Initiative Award winner and chamber member, Dennis James (DJs Greenhouse).

  • Celebrated 30 under 40 award recognition for chamber members Jordan Batt (Baughman Family Community Center), Dan Barber (Pymatuning Boat Sales), and Elizabeth Matusz (Padrone's Pizza)

  • Recognized award winners Baughman Family Community Center (Nonprofit of the Year), Rod Wilt (Business Person of the Year), and Padrone's Pizza (Business of the Year). 

  • Welcomed two new tenants: The Pulse Online Radio and the Greenville Area Economic Development Corporation.
