Strayhaven is a local no-kill animal shelter that has served Greenville and the surrounding area since 1960.

The objective of the Rotary Club is to encourage and foster the idea of service as a basis of worthy enterprise and, in particular, to encourage and foster the idea of service in each Rotarian's personal, business and community life.
Restore Riverside Park is a group of local citizens who are committed to restoring the 111-year-old park in Greenville. The projects that have been done are: the removal and replanting of trees; restoration of the amphitheater and stage; building a stage canopy; building a kayak launch; installing park benches; restoring one of the bridges. Projects being worked on now are restoring the basketball court, building three pickleball courts, and building handicapped parking spaces. "Music Mondays" is another project that this group has instituted to bring people into our community and the park.
The nonprofit, fundraising arm of the Primary Health Network. Our fundraisers are done to support the transportation program, our caring for our neighbors program, and scholarship program.
The Mercer County Food Bank supplies county-wide emergency food pantries and after school programs with food products to be distributed to those in need.
The Lions Club is a 501(c)4 charitable community service organization associated with the Lions Clubs International, the largest service organization in the world.
Hunters Sharing the Harvest is Pennsylvania’s statewide venison donation program. HSH has channeled nearly 2 million pounds of donated venison to the food insecure in Pennsylvania since its inception 30 years ago. This has provided more than 10.5 million servings to date. The program has been emulated by other state venison donation organizations around the U.S. as the standard for such missions.

The Good Shepherd Center is an ecumenical ministry formed in 1991 to meet the needs of those economically disadvantaged in the greater Greenville area. Our clothing store, The Clothes Closet, is open to the public and is well stocked with good quality donated clothing at very affordable prices. Gift certificates for clothing are provided free of charge to those in need at reasonable intervals. Good quality donated household items are available at Treasures. These items include a wide variety and are available at very reasonable prices.

Children’s Aid Society has been serving Mercer and it surrounding counties since 1889. Over the past 133 years, our services have transformed from a full scale orphanage to a Human Services Agency specializing in Adoption, Foster Care, Family Based Mental Health, and Early Childhood Education. Although we have undergone structural and symbolic renovations, one thing that has always remained is that we are dedicated to the overall well-being of children and families.
AWARE is committed to providing education, support and advocacy for all people in Mercer County impacted by domestic, emotional, sexual violence and elder abuse.
