Provides companion and personal care services to individuals 18 years of and and older. Accepting private pay patients with the Medcaid waiver, long term care insurance, Act 150 and Ombra. Services include, but are not limited to, grooming, dressing, toileting, bathing, incontinence care, and feeding. Also offering transportation, meal preparation, household cleaning assistance, companionship, and more! Cross Home Care serves six counties: Mercer, Lawrence, Butler, Erie, Crawford, and Venango.

Visiting a Connect Hearing Center takes a patient through a lifestyle assessment, a hearing test and a consultation with a hearing care professional. Your HCP will guide you through each step of the visit answering your questions and asking their own.
